4 new tyres recently fitted to the 159 - painful experience on the wallet. after a couple of thousand miles looks like there wearing heavy on the inside (just like the set i had taken off). guys in the 159 forum recommend 4 wheel alignment with some specific settings to sort this out and slightly improve handling.
Anyone recommend anywhere in the Midlands (closer to Redditch the better) that can do a 4 wheel alignment and set the car to the settings I provide?
I really hope so as i understand they are astronomical to replace! Its just been fully serviced, inspected and MOT by a good mechanic that I trust and have used for years. only issues he found were tyres (which i already knew about and were being swapped during prior to the MOT) and a cracked rear spring.
I can recommend power flex bushings on the lower rear bushing in the front of the car to help sort, waited til mine went and replaced with them, more responsive and no wear...bingo
