Guests Alfa Romeo Knowle

If you already did not know Guests Alfa Romeo at Knowle is no more, Guests Willenhall carries on as normal but the Staff from Knowle have been transferred to a new dealership Johnsons Alfa and Fiat.

For people that used Guests the same staff are the same

Called in today and its a impressive set up which gives the Alfa and Fiat brand the showroom it always needed that Knowle could never give.

Address is
Johnsons Alfa Romeo
Four Ashes Road
Dorridge
Solihull
West Midlands
ENGLAND
B93 8NE

If your near by call in and see for yourself.

Kev

Had the tour of the new facility last week

Very impressive & with the addition of Fiat, they actually have a range of cars to sell

Brill that the same staff are carried over & that they'll get some new Fiat staff too.

Cheers,

Ha brilliant. I work over at Blythe valley and see the mother in law that lives over in dorridge occasionally. Noticed a few alfas sitting outside and thought this is new.
Good to know I have you all close by.

I will be paying them a visit very soon, got noisy steering when manoeuvring at low speed. We shall see if they honour the Guest dealer warranty

Went in over the weekend looking for the other half to get a little fiat 500 that shes quite looking forward too.
Had a good chat and play around in the new model Alfa's while I was there.

Very easy to get carried away with all the shiny car's there. Unfortuantly no V6 Busso's :-(
They didn't look to impressed when I said I'd rather have a GT Busso over the Brera though.

Also spend some time at this place...

Second City Motor Company, hand picked quality used Convertible, Sports and Prestige Vehicles

Website isn't much or updated. But they had a large range of really nice Alfa's and little Fiats. Even got a test drive for half the morning in a little 500. Really nice guy too. Seemed to konw his stuff about the Alfa range too.
Recommended.

Even offered to take mine of my hands as he'd never seen one in the green and tan leather paint scheme.

Scottf, I can vouch for Second City, have had all three of my Alfas from them. The first 159 and the GT were excellent, no issues, shame the third one was a bit of a pain. Tobin and Andrew know their stuff.
Ask to see the California imported Spider if you go again.

KBR, that explains why I didn't see any Alfas a few weeks ago as I drove through Knowle!

Good to hear some honest direct feedback. When I spoke to Andrew he did seem very genuine and wasn't giving me the usual dell boy antics you'd expect. Actually seemed to care quite a bit about making sure we would get the right car.

We was honest obviously and said we just wanted to take a look and seem what its like. Happy to give us a test drive no questions asked just handed over the keys and away we went.

I've not met Tobin But I almost wanted to buy a car because they where so nice. Actually seemed to know quite a bit about the different models too.

There was a nice Collizone 147 and a Brera that I liked. Its hard to stay away from Shiny Italian things though. Must remember to stick to getting a Busso GT.

Although I can see a 159 Sport wagon being the next car in a few years time. (We are both nearing our thirties and Marrige and Children are on the agenda in the future so getting a larger car will be a must soon).

Anyway Glad of the feedback.

Next trip i'll ask to see the Spider. Its only2 miles down the road anyway.

I'm popping down tommorow to pick some parts up. Makes sense as a showroom for just 2 models makes no sense. I think I will give them a scare when they hear the Gta pull up and remind them how an alfa should sound like.

They are seriously quite fun to drive. The 1.4T engine suits them well. Light and punchy.

Really like the more understated colours without the stickers.
Has a more sleek look that way.

Its funny when you sit in one though. As I can see that Fiat / Alfa group have nicked loads of other bits from cars to make it. Things like the door handles look like the 147/156/gt parts bin. The indicator stalks are from a mk2 punto. An so on and so forth.
