telford convoy up to chester (100 alfas on the evo trianlge)

hi guys n gals

as there are a few of us from telford going up thought it would be nice if we convoyed up together

i think the best route would be a442 to whitchurch then a41 to chester, its just over 50 miles and should take just over an hour

thought a good meeting point would be the apley arms off the shawbirch island (the shell island) see map below

we need to be there for between 10 and 10.30 so if we all met around 8.30 with a view to leaving no later than 8.45 we should be pretty good barring any unforeseen hold-ups

Count me in all being well. Just had my teledials fitted so everything should be ok.
The car feels very odd going from 40mm profile to 55mm though. But it feels less hard on your spine over rough roads. Possibly doesn't grip as good as it did but I can compromise on that to a certain degree.

Just washed , waxed and polished inside........ Don't know why cos it's supposed to rain tomorrow. Damn British weather.

i'll be relying on the sat nav

cleaned mine to inside and out

was even going to refit the missing skirt but cant find the bolts

brimmed with fuel (£76 :vmad: )

spent a fortune on itunes, so have lots of new stuff on the ipod too, i know its sacrilegious really and i should be listening to the glorious engine note, but i bet most of the time we will just be doing 30 - 40 in 6th
