Stromboli Grey 159SW in Yardley Wood Road...

Does anyone on here know of this car/person? I have seen him 3 times on my way to work. Each time I smile and wave at the driver, the car looks all but identical to mine from the front, even the same 07 year plate.
I have even flashed my lights.

Nothing.

Not even a smile or wave back.

I will try again one more time before I give it up as a bad job!

No, wasn't me purple, I do A38M until second exit, then around ring road to Sparkbrook, then back roads to Yardley Wood.
Did you mean the Ferarri was red of the Alfa? Mine is sort of shiny grey!

Ha HA! A full blown wave this morning. The man is converted!

Now all I have to do is get the female 147 drivers I pass to give me a wave, they must think I am some letch or other..... A mistake easily made some would say.

If I ever see his car stationary for long enough, I will flyer him!

the Ferarri was shiney and red, however I think I have been looking at a different 159, this was the champagne grey, similar to the one that's popular on Saab 9-3s.

I do not think I have seen your car at home yet, you must work longer hours than me!

I was walking past your last night Purple, admiring the wheels you have on the 147 (seem very rare, and clean!)
I was boring the wife with your model numbers, she sort of glazed over. When I asked her what I had said, she muttered something about a 176, good grief.
I doubt I work longer hours than you, I'm a Headteacher, home by 4, out at half 8...... Well, out at 7:15 and back by 6ish usually.
However, I have a plan to leave early and clean the car tonight, should th erain stay off of course.
Mine begins with WN07 and has an AlfaOwners sticker in the drivers side rear, easy to spot!

Alfa-less for way too long

Thanks for the kind words, I was dead lucky getting those wheels off ebay for £120 or so, OZ Avior is the model. They were bought to go on the 75, however the tyres are too big to go under the 75s arches and a lower profile tyre is needed, so mrs purple has the job of wearing them out, but she does not seem to be trying hard enough
