Bristol Italian Auto Festival - West Mids participation

This was a fabulous event last year - this year's event is 25 April (see thread in Wales-South section).

Wondering if any other West Mids types are interested in convoying down, and/or other get-togethers to coincide with the festival ( before, during or after) such as a nice Italian meal out, etc.

Just throwin' this idea out for comments...

Would be nice to convoy down to Bristol ...

I will be attending this and staying at the travel lodge on friday night, not sure whether we'll be going in the Alfa or going on the Ducati all depends if my mum can babysit or not! *fingers crossed*

i saw the pics from last years and without a doubt as long as nothing crops up i shall be going down , so i'm up for convoying down. I'm in Bromsgrove just south of Birmingham. Be great if a good crowd of us convoy.

I think i may be up for this and a convoy would be cool.
more information needed on meeting point due to where everybody comes from. Should be a giggle though

seems like most of us are all fairly close to each other to make a convoy , probably best to meet on the m5 somewhere.

As long as you don't abuse my poor little 2.0jts with your V6 Id convoy down with you as well fella. Im in Redditch as you know.

Michael Wood services on southbound M5 was where we met last year. Very convenient for midlanders heading south to Bristol...

Michael wood services would be a good idea , but i reckon we could get a mini convoy nearer say strensham services and then meet up at michael wood services to join the main convoy for you southern midlanders, just an idea.
