Re: Simplyalfas in Stourbridge

Popped in Satuday, had my wheel bearings changed, also fixed my dodgy indicator and found the source of my coolant leak.

Had a courtesy car so I didn't have to wait around, and when I got back I found they'd even cleaned it! I thought I was going to have to chisel the 3months of dirt off myself

Top job

Re: Simplyalfas in Stourbridge

Just had my health check done ....Chris was really helpful and obviously knows his stuff.

I have had my GTV for two months and have spent a vast amount of time on this forum ,so my head was full of all sorts of doubts, fears and questions......I have come away knowing that all I need is a good service, a few bits and bobs and the reassuring feeling that my Alfa is going to be in very good hands.....

I believe I am experiencing happiness !!!!

Re: Simplyalfas in Stourbridge

I have used them for the last twelve months now, Chris certainly knows his way round Alfas. He offers me a loan car while mine is being done. I always come away more than happy with the work thats been done and the cost. They are very friendly and dont mind if you call in just for a coffee and a chat. They also work on other cars (but specialise in Alfas). My mother in law also uses them now (renault clio) and is very fussy about who works on her car, she recommends them to everyone.

Re: Simplyalfas in Stourbridge

My g/f and I have used Simply Alfas for the few jobs that we have needed doing on our 3.0 GTV since we have had her. Can't recommend them highly enough. Very helpful and kind enough to lend the g/f a courtesy car while our GTV was being repaired.

Re: Simplyalfas in Stourbridge

The guys at Simplyalfas checked over my whining engine (previous owner/muppet had fitted a new belt by blindfold and with an iron fist), tensioner slackened slightly and sounds heaps better until I can afford the belts to be changed

I also noticed that my creaking suspension has mysteriously stopped sounding like a haunted house since it was looked at, so thanks if you did something guys

PS Cheque is in the post and apologies if the wife upset you by her Peugeot loving ways

Re: Simplyalfas in Stourbridge

Visited the new premises today......really nice .....easy to find ...and easy access.

...everybody really friendly as ever.....in some circles it's known as "Customer Service".......I prefer to think of it as just being human....

....priceless !!

I cannot wait to go and spend some more money there.......
