Really dont know if you all can make it being Christmas , but if your kids are fed up with you playing with their new toys , here's your excuse to escape .

Re: Coventry motor museum run out

Right then a plan....or half of one at least

If your coming from the North of Cov (as i am) then how about we meet up on the A45?

Those using the motorway, off at J6 of the M42 (Birmingham Airport/NEC junction) and head up the A45 towards Coventry.

Just shy of 2 miles along the A45 (careful now two gatso's on route) watch out for the turning for Fillongley and Maxstoke just by that right hand turn is one of those car wash places and next door to that is a restaurant, well meet on the restaurant car park.

Meet time is 11:15 leaving at around 11:30.

That's the half a plan..........

People coming from the South of Cov...........Apologies, but your out of my comfort zone and unless someone local can suggest a meet up point we'll have to meet at the museum.

Museum meet time 12 noon

Anyone want my mobile number for the meet than PM me.

See ya there

Todd.

PS...SR get the kettle on

Always in the sh*t, just the depth that varies

Re: Coventry motor museum run out

For those "yes people" the plan is still as my previous post in an above thread.

For the "maybe people" come along I've had several good reports about the place.

If you check out the museum link you will see that you can not park on site (ONLY A DROP OFF POINT)

I will be using the car park on Fairfax Street (apparently a very short walk away)

See ya there,

Todd

Re: Coventry motor museum run out

Just RedGaz (along with Mrs RG) and myself, but we had a fun day, in fact i left the RedGaz's as they went off to discover Cov cathedral after our museum visit. Well worth a visit if you get the chance.
