How do you fix your head after a Friday night out

I cure all hangovers by sleeping in a hot bath.
I become very wrinkly by the morning, but this is probably all TMI.

Re: Worcestershirshirshire Sauce...
Hangovers can be avoided by taken a couple of vitamin B tablets prior to the event !!
It does work... I've tried it !!

Re: Worcestershirshirshire Sauce...
a note of procedure, please
do I add the L&P after toasting
prior to meltation
or midway during the process
do I stir it in while the cheese has lower viscosity?

I'm not a cheese on toast person meself but I would imagine that adding a splash just after meltation would do the trick...
Edit: and what Lord Snooty said

Definitely grate your cheese.
I'd add Wooster Sauce at every stage - I love it
