Number Plates

Was driving today and saw a number plate from Victoria State in Oz and began thinking what was the furthest distanced number plate anyone had seen??

So far I've seen the Oz one (which would be my furthest) American plates, a Ukrainian plate and a Russian plate.
Boring thread I know
