Well with all this humidity, and sand falling with rain, I thought I'd move on from stodgy bowls of porridge?

So this morning it's been a big bowl of fresh melon laced with a huge dollop of Manuka honey washed down with a bottle of San Pellegrino. It was wonderful.

I still had my teaspoonfull of Marmite though.
