I try not to let it happen. The one who is better placed to shop and cook makes the decisions and the other tolerates it. Normally, it's me that shops and cooks and it's normally fresh every day.

I took Mrs AB at her word when she said she didn't mind and ordered what I wanted.

Can one of the ladies explain why, when it comes to dessert, you state that you don't want any, but almost without fail, will then proceed to pinch half of whatever your chap orders?
