I'm not saying anything other than in his case banned means banned, not absolutely true of another banned member? Make sense

Are you asking:
1) does the word banned under his name mean he's banned?

or:
2) the fact that he's been banned again so quickly means that the mods are not going to let him back on the forum, no matter what?

If the former, then yes. Although the length of the ban is at the mods discretion I'd have thought
If the latter - you'd be better off asking a mod, but I'd assume that registering as '****-stirrer' didn't encourage the mods to let him stay

I was trying to present an inconsistency here lately. A banned member has started a new alias and is able to still post (must I spell his name out

). Whilst this banned member has done the same and been banned again. Maybe one deserves it more than the other and not being a Moderator/AO staff it's not really my say. I'll say this though, if a expelled member is allowed to come back as another alias and allowed to post, then they aren't actually banned, IMHO. It sets a bad precedence, as others will then argue for the same leeway when being apologetic upon return. This removes the serious implication of a permanent ban in my thinking and thus may encourage some to test the limits. All MHO, as I don’t want to argue with anyone on this subject.

Jamie's alive and well on the AROC forum and, yes, he's been behaving himself. I didn't recognise him as "****-stirrer" (but I may be wrong), so maybe you should think of a few more suspects.
