Highlight all the songs from the album in itunes, right-click, get info, 'yes' to edit info for multiple items, at the bottom RH corner select 'yes' for 'Gapless Album' Next time you plug your ipod in to your computer to update, it will presumably take note of this.

i didn't have a turntable for years and until i got one a couple of years ago i didn't realise how much better vinyl is. But try and tell that to the kids of today and......sorry getting into old git mode!!  |

Not in quality of recording maybe, i don't miss the scratches and jumps, but i think the sound is better. much fuller. |

By definition then you are adding distortions (however pleasing they may sound) that didn't exist at the mixing stage. Told you it was a can of worms . What I always found was that the very best vinyl system sounded remarkably like the very best CD system. But I sold my Linn Sondek after recording my vinyl onto CD!  |

George McCrae, Rock Your Baby. Just how good can something with a cheap old steam organ, crappy drum machine and the best rhythm guitar this side of St. Peter's Gate sound? It's like going to church. Beautiful.
