Adam and the Ants first album is one of my top ten ever, well worth a listen.
The album was a huge influence on bands like Blur and Bloc Party.

This was before Malcolm McClaren got hold of Ant and set him up with a new set of bandmates and a pirate suit.

The original Ants then became the band Bow Wow Wow.

Anyhow, now, more 13th Floor Elevators for me.

I remember this circus .

Although I like some of the " things " Malcolm McClaren made . Like his Madame Butterfly .

Not really into spanish music one bit but I seem to have taken a liking to Chambao - Flamenco Chill. It's a Jazz fusion with Flamenco, pretty relaxing and some nice guitar solo's. Cool spicey cigarette music...

Dug this out again.
Not (officially) released, although t'is available with a little search on the interweb

Nobody does a cover quite as well as Eddie Vedder, whether it be by Dylan, Young, Lennon etc
In anybody else's hands, this may have been sacrilege in the extreme. Covered "sympathetically", he creates an equally fantastic version of my favorite Who track.

Who else could nail that final scream so perfectly??
Lights down, volume cranked.....enjoy
