The Church -Under the Milky Way (a real piece of class from the 80's, unfortunately virtually unhead of in the northern hemesphere )
Carried on the Oz route with their archtypal Australian pub rock gem, Cold Chisel. (Still prefer the Sarah Blasko remake of this - but no YT I'm afraid).
Ended up with Powderfinger and the mighty lovable garage noise that was the Hoodoo Gurus (my 3rd most favourite band of all time )
This last track by the Hoodoo's has a very special place in my heart. Great honest, heartfelt and indentifiable lyrics with a cracking feel-good vibe. No other country can churn out so much of this type of stuff. Ta Oz
