I have that video, I just bought the Lichtspielhaus DVD. Worth every penny it cost.

And xXx is a pretty cool and good movi too, BTW.

Did you know their new cd is being released on the 27th?? It's called Reise reise.

Ich will!!

Are they akin to Krokus? Had the misfortune to see them live so I'm
hoping German music has er improved

Re: Today I am mostly listening to

...if we're admitting to dodgy German rock then I'm perfectly prepared to
be embarrassed enough to admit that a girlfriend of mine once bought me
the (Vinyl I might add) single called "Wind of Change" by the Scorpions
(about 1989 I reckon...Berlin Wall and all that palava)

...and I love that song...It's SOOOOOOO cheesy but I love it
(never play it though)

...altogether now...dodgy whistling...u've GOTTA remember it

Chorus went something like
"Taaaaake me, to the magic of the morning...
on a gloooooory night...where the promise of tomrrow...blah
blah blah...in the wind of change"

The Ministry of Transport today announced
a solution to all of Britain's congestion problems

... there's going to be a special lane for traffic jams

Re: Today I am mostly listening to

Never mind dodgy German Rock What about wierd foreign synth..
Currently listening to Rubycon by Tangerine Dream circa '75
Back then to appreciate this album you had to listen via headphones
and with a Gold Label too. They don't make them like that anymore(thank God!)
Although....JMJarre is getting a bit of airplay, a touch more cheery

Rammstein eats both Krokus and Scorpions alive.

Though a lot of it comes from shock value.

Is that because they tuned their guitars properly?

Re: Today I am mostly listening to

Apparently so.

You should see the video they did for Engel, you'd be a Rammstein "convert" in a minute.

Re: Today I am mostly listening to

2 fantastic tracks on Radio 1 today.A surprise cos I haven`t heard anything good for a while.First a track by a new band called Kassabian (sound a bit like The Stome Roses),second (and unlikely) fantastic cover of D12/Eminem track by Embrace in Jo Whileys live lounge.
Err....and still listening to Razorlights Up all night, singing along to Golden Touch, like a loon.
