I'm a bit of a muso snob (so I'm told) and begrudgingly accompanied a good friend who raved about these guys and was determined to get over my dogged short sightedness. I went, albeit with a little aprehension ("Spock's Beard" for goodness sake!!

Still can't listen to them much at home/in the car etc - but the way those guys played (without getting too "noodly" with their extended solos) was a real experience.
Thanks for reminding me Mr A - I may well dig out "Day for Night"
Up to this point, been listening to
The Stooges
Fatima Mansions
One Giant Leap
World Party (Man - what a lyricist

- genius)
This song ALWAYS gives me goosebumps (forget cheesey vid)
