1. people think i'm ridiculously laid back

2. they don't think of me as shy at all

I seem to be quite popular at work though, and I generally get on with most people, although I am told I am a bit opinionated.

The trouble with this is that it is your perception of other people's perception of you. Consequently it is likely to be your own opinion so I don't think it is all that viable but ....go on then.
