Had a day off yesterday on account of it being beer o'clock before I got home

Today though I am 0.3kg lighter and have a WiiFit age of 32!

All goes to prove that a "healthy lifestyle" is a load of rubbish ... beer and a day of doing nothing (fitness wise) is far better for you ... something I've been practising for years

Got my Wii Fit (at last

) my Wii age is 33 which I will be in real life in March - not too sad

However I do look like I am having some sort fit when I try any of the Yoga things

I almost put my head through the TV tonight

I am in a diet currently and am using it as a reliable scales, the BMI I don't get too bothered about.
It's a bit of fun and it does help to hone your balance skills.

My wife suffers from M.E. she loves it as she is able to do gentle exercises in order to help her

we have had our wii fit for about 6 months now

I was thinking how great the wii fit board would be for a golf simluator ... (I don't personally play golf ... but I'd be surprised if one isn't out soon ...)

True ... but that's more of a game ... with the wii fit board it would help you work on your balance too

Ski Jump ... sometimes I can jump 170m ... other times just 66m ... but I can't figure what I'm doing different ...

anyone got any clues?? /tips ???

Get up to at least 55mph, jump at the right time and then get the dot right in the centre of the cross hairs and hot it steady

Is the "right time" when you hit the solid red line at the bottom of the slope or as close to the end of the ramp as possible???

To get the highest speed down the ramp keep you cog on the cross hairs and squat. You'll get wind noise and speed "lines" once you are in the zone so to speak.
Once in the air lean right forward but keep the cog on the centreline.

Works for me!

My wiifit age is constantly between 19-23 unless I mess up a test by falling off or something haha!

Seriously though, this is the best piece of kit I have ever bought for excercise and keeping ontop of my weight
