Toilet reading...........

Do you take a favourite book, mag or paper to the toilet ??

My current toilet reading is 'Hagakure' by Yamamoto Tsunetomo which is a collection of Samurai teachings.....very strange, but yet very interesting and thought provoking

What do you read while toiling on the loo ??

Re: Toilet reading...........

Past issues of "Bike" & "Superbike" downstairs. In the en-suite "Long Way Down" by McGregor & Boorman, probably soon to be replaced by "Imperium" by Robert Harris. In the main bathroom, a mixed bag of "Angelina Ballerina", "Mr Men" & "Whinnie the Pooh" (quite appropriate I think!).

You cant beat a bit of Zen now and again. But from what i have read, you must spend an awful long time in there.

Re: Toilet reading...........

whatever I'm reading at that time..at the mo' its 'The Ragwitch' by Garth Nix... struggling with it a bit - s'not as good as the 'Sabriel' 'Lireal' and 'Abhorsen'

*whispers* don't tell Mrs F but sometimes I go in there for a 10 min read even if I don't need a poo...normally when the loons are playing up just so I can have a bit of peace
