I think AR keep that pinned up in the HQ to remind them that, no matter what, people will buy there gorgeous cars.

alfa customer service called me today....i had originally called them a week ago to grill them on a few things and request brochures etc but i was aurally subdued by the dulcet tones of a lovely sounding lady who promised to make everything better....

Considering their customer service record,you should have been orally subdued

It should be e mailed to every dealer in the country !

I have seen it before and it's funny coz it there is a ring of truth to it, just like the spoof BMW and Audi ones - but theirs tend to be a bit nastier!

I'm going to email it to all my mates who are already openly doubting my sanity for even thinking about having one next.

It's and old one but there is still sadly an element of truth in it although things are looking up.
