Bored on a rainy Saturday morning, been playing with effects in Photoshop, how's about this for some toy cars?

Have a google for 'fake tilt shift'

It uses the lens blur filter applied to the top and bottom with a gradient mask
Then the colour saturation is altered to make it look like it's been painted and make the grass and trees look like lichen and moss, finally played with the curves a bit.

Well that's the theory anyway
