All Tomorrows Parties

An interesting version of an old favourite:- Lou Reed leads:-

YouTube - All Tomorrow's Parties (Demo Version)

I still prefer the Velvet Underground version though:-

Shame that there is no available video of it however.

Paul.

Yikes! Interesting "version". Sounds almost bluegrass/country Although I quite like Reed's vocals on this.

The recorded (Nico) version is uber bliss
Cale's piano riff - Reeds innovative guitar sound!!
Long live the Velvets

With you Jed - what's interesting to me is that the song is so basic - once you have it it can then be progressed.

The basic guitar version of "Heroin" would be interesting - but Cale just blows it away.

Paul.
