What is the weirdest thing you have eaten?

I have eaten the heads off flowers that were in the pub once when I was drunk.

My dad eats raw potatoes on occasion.

Has anyone else eaten anything strange or know of anyone else that has?

I have not really eaten anything strange (tongue being the most nasty thing I have eaten) but often used to drink vinegar when I was young -my mum could always tell because my lips used to go white from it, still have no idea why! But needless to say she used to go bloody mad

just remembered we dared a mate to eat a huge spider we found in his shed - he bit it and we actually heard it go pop its was so sick making but he did it!

Speaking of spiders...there's one running along my wall right now...I knew it was there so I kept the light off for a while to see if I could coax him out of his hidey hole, well it worked.

Na i'm scared of spiders so I won't touch the thing...need to keep an eye on it just to make sure it doesn't scurry up my leg while i'm sat here.

My daughter ate a ball bearing the other week. Almost choked to death on it first mind.

I have eaten a goldfish. Not very tasty and i felt bad afterwards as the thing was still alive at the time. Still feel guilty about that poor fishy wishy.

For me the weirdest things i've eaten are octopus or chicken hearts. Both in India. Octopus is ok but chicken hearts are bogging.

By the way tell your dad that raw tatties can be poisonous.

Wish i could use that excuse, but i was just selling my tank and had to empty it. He proved to be a right wily bastard to catch and when i finally did i thought it fitting that he got special treatment. Poor bastard.
