Ooh, fish finger sandwiches

My other half introduced me to her version a few years ago; white bread, 4 fish fingers, grated cheese, potato waffle, mayo on one side, ketchup on the other; absolutely superb, although a bit scooby-doo when you dislocate your jaw to get it in!

Smoked Mackerel fillets with pepper are good in a sandwich as well.
They taste better cold that fish fingers.
