Very scary H bomb accidents

Now I know that we complain of health and safety nowadays, but as the following links will show, maybe the people at the top have been sufficiently scared in the past, and are now over reacting. I was not aware of any of the following incidents, and came across them via the first link. As I don't always believe the first site I visit, I then cross referenced the information to verify the facts.
