I have had trouble with
my p.c.
unable to-connect with web.
asked my local teenager can he help.
no problems,
two minutes later I`m connected.
`What was the problem,?`
I asked.
he replied `an Id, Ten, t.`error.
whats that ? I asked,
`you know` he said.
`no I do not` I replied.
Just write it down its easy,
he replied.
I wrote it down.

To be fair john, the fact that your are part of an active forum like this proves that you aren't a luddite at all.

Must admit done something similar a few years back to work mate when he called for support. I got him to open a command prompt and got him to type in 1amac0ck

He stopped calling for support so often ;-)
