Re: Am I in the wrong

I went round to a friends in my Elan. I stayed till about 2.00am, went out to the car and it had a flat tyre (the car being parked less than 2m from his neighbour's bedroom window).

Well, Elans have knock off wheels.......

I hope it goes well and you can be happy you did the right thing .... and if it doesn't work console yourself with the knowledge that you are a better person than he is.

Win - win scenario

Re: Am I in the wrong

I aint being funny! Buts its not as tho you do it every night! Never the less, i was expecting a lot of people to say go and give him some ****, so I agree, be civil!

I one had a huge party kept eveyone up till about 6........my excuse, im only 21once - everyone was ok with that!! Apart from the pub owners, which my lads went and nicked the buffet and took it back to mine! I didnt even know about this, went back into the kitchen and it was full of food, top quality food at that!

IMO its your house you can do what you want, if u dont think you were loud then bugger them, if they havent even got the balls to say who its from they just ignore it, most of my neighbours are a fine but some are moaners which everybody ignores.

Unfortunately it may be your house but you can still be told off by the police if you disrupt another person's day in the process.

Re: Am I in the wrong

mate provided you weren't over a certain decibell reading they can't say anything anyway.. and unless they, or someone else, were recording it to prove it, then you're fine
