They're living on the top of the ... windows

I looked up at all the tall buildings today that seem to populate
all big cities and the surrounding areas and noticed that
there are so many high rise buildings (such as flats and
office blocks) ... and noticed one thing

the only way to clean them is to use one of those machines
and a platform that let's a man down on a rope to clean them ... but, if that's the
case ... how come we rarely see them,

Never seen one myself (aka a guy on a high rise cleaning windows), not sure how they clean the windows though without that...

They never get cleaned.

Or teh wombles venture out from London and do them all at night whilst we are asleep

Some say they have little arms and buckets with soapy water and when we're all asleep, they actually clean themselves.
