Re: What are these ?

Haven't a clue.

Hmm, what do the sprung levers do? They look like they lock into place, perhaps clamping/gripping something?

slightly less sick than my previous submission

To be fair to Josef Fritzl, the Austrian fella, he did put his daughter up for adoption, but the childrens' home in Jersey said their cellar was already full.

I was trying to be slightly more tactful than that

The springs seem to lock the bases in position - don't know whether they're some cheap alternative to a jack for holding the car up when changing from summer - winter tyres (everyone else has a pile of 4 wheels in their parking space but all I get is these)

Unlikely - galvanised metal, no padding and nothing to attach them to anything.

At this rate I'll just stock them on Ebay as 'unknown metal sprongy things' and see what they fetch.

Re: What are these ?

Had a closer look and they're covered in dog hairs and have a sticker on saying 'Radvoleger fur wohnwagen hund'.

Best I can get from Babelfish is that it's something to do with a dog caravan - anyone any ideas on what a radvoleger is ??

According to the interweb it means wheel stops. Maybe the dog had wheels or something.

I'm now going to spend the rest of the day watching out for a dog with wheels

Assuming it's something like a wheel clamp for a caravan/trailer but wtf has that got to do with a hund/dog

Re: What are these ?

They look to me like some sort of leg which would be attached to the corners of a one axle trailer when it's not on the back of a car, to hold it level.
