I'll get up about 10ish head to the gym  Haven't been in two weeks im sickened. I may get some food now. kinda hungry haha. It was really sunny today and nice and warm too

Food? wow you must have an iron stomach. I ran this morning, decided it was time to get back to the exercise grind. Only went 4K, have to work up to the longer stuff.

Lol, love eating I must get back into my rhythm of it haha  I must start running now for fitness too. But will be doing weights then fitness training I want to gain about another stone of muscle mass.

Emm everything lol, I like all types of food I'll never say never to food. Only things I don't eat are peppers and broccolli.
Like rice and steak another acquired taste like steak and pasta but it has everything you want in a meal really.

Today I left my coffee flask at home (  ) so had to go and buy one from Tulley's.

I was going to go with ham lmao but plain bread and tuna some heinz nothing really else in the house to go with it and some milk

Must try the lettuce bit  Mayo is good but too fatty for me haha. I thougt I would be on my own with tuna haha. Most Irish people hate it. It's like the lowest cal sanwhich ever.

Actually I use low calorie Miracle whip, it's tasty  My grandpa was Irish and he loved tuna, the other side is Welsh, who knows what they like?
