 Well, in November last year I was 17 1/2 stone and was quite unfit. This was mainly due to me doing loads of exercise and sport in uni then coming home and doing sod all...
Well, as of this morning I weigh 13 1/2 stone. Now, just need to tone what fat I have left so I feel better about driving around in my Alfa...
Although, a down fall of this weight loss is none of my clothes fit anymore  |

That's some loss Tone, well done mate,
I weighed 16, 8lb a few years back and decided that was no good, I'm now about 14, 5lb but would like to be 13, 5lb.
But man I love da cake!  |

I know the feeling Darren, its never nice having to deny yourself the sweets of life, but, there is a greater goal.
I wan't to be about 13st if I can, toned and ready to play rugby again...

Stone? pounds x 14. I can't get used to that. Although I weigh less in stones that's for sure I'm 9 stone, but I fit my Spiders well
Well done Tony, that's a huge drop in weight. You too Darren, hard work losing weight, easy to eat cake/cookies and put it on. |

Alright, for you CG, I was 245lbs (Offensive Lineman weight,) I now weigh 189lbs, getting into WOLB territory (where I played in Uni)
But, I wanna do flanker or centre in Rugby now...
Anyway, must dash otherwise I'll never go for that run, see you in an hour and a half or so
