yeah lovely i have driven mine through central london loads of times and its nice not to keep dealing with the clutch! Also nice to be able to select city mode and use it as a full auto.

yes that sounds right! There is a nice bit of oil outside on the drive! The level is fine though EA - i was hoping for that myself! The whole thing shounds like its working its making all the right noises and is not registering any fault codes thats why i am starting to think it might be the gearbox

Supposed to work 3 months notice - but I have a meeting with the divisional president this afternoon. Hoping for a bit of gardening leave so we can move end june/early july.

apparently they sometimes get bits of swarf inside and that doesent really effect a manual gear change because you are applying sp much pressure moving it by hand but it can effect the sele because the solinoids freak out the moment there is ant resistance. Mind you i have no idea how likely that is!

could flush out the box then, replace the fluid etc etc better then replacing the box!

yep hoping to give that a go later! But was also told the swarf gets stuck in there!!! Now that would be just my luck

just happens to be where the job is

I like London - major plus for where are going is it is just over an hour into town on the train. Good for days out.....
