Re: Ride For Life - Can you spare a pound?
Hi Wobbly,
As a fellow bike nut and AO member i salute you in your effort to do good for those that are in need
I have given some thought as to how i can best make a contribution to your cause and so if your happy with the below idea,i hope that fellow AO members can feel good that there not only helping themselves to keep there alfa's running but contributing to you also.
I am about to break for parts a complete 156 saloon,i am willing to make a contribution off every sale by AO members over the next calendar month
Hope this goes some way to your target figure buddy
Derek

Re: Ride For Life - Can you spare a pound?
I think this thread is a bit lost on top of the page, it took me a week to get curious enough to read it. Would a move to WOT and a change of title help maybe BF? Past appeals have shown that AOer's are a generous lot,it might be worth a try.

Re: Ride For Life - Can you spare a pound?
I am open to suggestions, but ultimately, I'd like wobbly to let me know where he thinks it suits best.

Re: Ride For Life - Can you spare a pound?
Well BigFoot, im in the hands of you guys really, i certainly dont want it to come across as 'hard sell' because the last thing i want is to irritate anyone by making them feel obliged or pressured, but i feel sure that many of the AO folk havent seen it as alfafamily says but would happily help if they knew about it ... its a tough one for sure
