Its like one bloke pushing a lorry load of medicines for children in the sand, outwardly an impossible task, but he is driven by something inside and he is seen by a good person who comes over and helps push, some people walk past and shrug, but that's life, as more people see these handful pushing and they join in the lorry starts to move, slowly creaking its way along, and as more and more people join in the lorry can be bump started and be on its way.
