Completed my final training session....

2hrs 10 mins on the the cycle, rower & stepper on "standard" settings....

Will let you know how it goes on Thursday

Well I did it!

1 hour on the rower - 12.916 km covered
1 hour on the cycle - 23.5 km covered
1 hour on the cross-trainer 10.14 km covered
Total distance 46.556 = 28.93 miles

I am pretty pleased with that. Thanks to those that did sponsor me, hugely appreciated!
