Cam belt

Could anyone in Wales help me out with the appriote tools that i need to replace the cambelt on an alfa 156 tspark,ie cam locks and all he other stuff,advise would also be helpfull as this is my first cambelt change

First ever,not worth me taking it to a dealer as it would not be worth it and i have a clever friend to help me,would like to do the work myself as i cant see the point having mechanics fix it for me all the time,want to get to know it inside out

Cheers for that darkrider already stripped,not that bad really just time and patience and an understanding missus,spoke to mitch who has an excellant thread on here and he tells me that he doesnt think it is the belt but is the crankshaft which can be done from the bottom and will only cost about £40 quid, but i have got this far so will change the belt as well
