Alfaholics Castle Combe 2009
This is free to go and watch at Castle Combe all day on the 4th April 2009.
Just park up in the paddock with all the other Alfas, take a skid lid if you have one & try & blag a ride.
Take a look at the photos on the Alfaholics website, great stuff.

Nice one Stu, just put it in the diary.
My parents live not too far away and my dad's always up there, usually taking a mate's wife's stall's sandwiches up there for a free ticket. I'll see if he fancies a day out at the Combe too

They don't race.
It's "classic" Alfas, that bimble around.
I went once, stayed for about 20 mins got board and went home.

Everyone is welcome, just drive around to the paddock area, lots of space to park up, if you blag a ride in a classic Alfa & need a skid lid i will have one in my boot, just say hi.

Sounds like a good excuse to drive across Sailsbury Plain, and then zig zag across some great roads. I'll either be in the car or on the bike.

Wanna bet?
The actual trackdays is for 105 series cars only. BUT, my 75 will be on the track because I work for Alfaholics and we'll be using it as a course car as well as testing and demonstrating our new suspension kit for the 75.
So no, you won't get the 33 out there other than on the parade laps at lunchtime. Otherwise, spectating is free and you'll find that most drivers there are friendly enough to give you free ride around the track if you chat to them and ask nicely. I certainly will.
As for "bimbling around", not sure what trackday you went to but if you only stayed 30 minutes, maybe you missed the more committed entrants. This is me a few years back- "bimbling" obviously...

That aside, where else can you go where you can get in for free and see a bunch of really nice classic Alfas being driven on a race track on a Saturday?
Beats looking at someone's 147 in Sainsbury's carpark or watching the local Barryboys doing burnouts outside McDonalds.
