Anyone used Dutton Forshaw in Cardiff yet?

Do you mean that Dutton have damaged it? Or that it was damaged but they're taking an age to sort it out? Either way, sorry to hear you're currently without your Alfa.

I crashed it about 3/4 weeks ago (nothing major mostly cosmetic, bumper bonnet grill and wing and i've had the engine undercover off all that time it was allegedly drivable) got the insurance to agree it could go to DF

it took them till monday to have it in and they said today it will take till wednesday next week for me to get it back

i'm stuck in the most gutless pug207 i've ever been in 0-60 in 16 seconds ARRRRRRRRRRGH
