The 156 is going in to the local garage to see if they can diagnose or confirm the knocking noise on the suspension.

I disconnected the drop links and took the car for a spin, the noise disappeared so I'm almost certain its the ARB bushes.

Lets see what they have to say tomorrow.

I know you changed the drop links, but have you checked them to make sure it's not a duff new part?

I seem to remember to change the arb bushes is a subframe removal job?
