North Wales meet up with NW for the big one 5th July?

Just wondering if there are any plans to meet up for convoy to the national alfa day on Sunday 5th July? I intend to meet up with NW region and was wondering if NWales drivers have any plans? I think NW drivers are intending to go M6 and take the A59 over to Scotch Corner.

NW region are planning to meet up at Blackburn Services just off Junction 4 of the M65, mainly because its easy enough to get to and it is within easy reach of the A59, the main road we should be taking up to Ripon.

Gates at NAD should be opening about 10.00am, we have been advised to arrive between 10.00 and 10.30 and the route should take no more than 90 minutes. If we aim to meet up at around 8.15am with a view to leaving at around 8.30 ish, 8.45 at the very latest.

Anyone from N Wales going this year? Unfortunately I'm not going to be able to make it

Yeah I think just me though along with the NW convoy - unless one of the 25odd that are in the NW convoy are tagging in from North Wales too!

I put this thread out to see if there were any other Alfa drivers from N Wales going who wanted to convoy from Chester A55 to Blackburn to meet the main contingent.
