I've never heard that they have. Not to mean they don't though. I think it is unlikely.

Review - CAT Performance Driver Training Day at Millbrook

Might be something to look into if people would be up for it.

Re: track day at millbrook

Yeah. trouble is, track days can be expensive so there could be trouble drumming interest. no harm in seeing what is about and posting it up though!!

Re: track day at millbrook

I don't think they do 'track days' as such.

Been there a few times for work ... the Alpine circuit is a great laugh!

I know they often have 'events' there but they are normally special 'test drive' days organised by the manufacturers. I remember one day I was there for work and there were a load of Astons being driven round by 'respected' customers.

So I think it would be something more that ARUK would have to organise!

The site 'Fifth gear' uses for it's show is the main hospitality area from what I remember.

I was there for a day out as a prize from Volvo cars UK about 18 months ago - we had use of the 4X4 area to try out Land Rovers, the Oval and Alpine circuits to try out a Boxter, the outer ring of the Oval with a Pro-Drive for a 140+ mph run, a couple of skid pad areas to try out other vehicle based games. Lunch was in the hospitality area. This was a wonderful day out.

Bit late to this thread.

If you're involved with running your companies vehicles, this is a great day out, which I went to 4 years running. Lost count of the cars I drove around Millbrook, and you're right the Alpine course is fun. There is a speed limit mind.
