As the title suggests there will be two separate runs happening over the weekend so you can choose to do either or both if you fancy making a weekend of it.

We are currently trying to arrange some deals on overnight accommodation for the Saturday Night – and we have identified a hotel and a campsite in close proximity to the start point of the South Wales Run (details to be released shortly)

If you are interested in attending please state in your RSVP whether you’re doing the North Wales or South Wales Run or Both – if you are planning to do both please indicate if you will require accommodation on the Saturday evening and whether you would like to camp or stay in the hotel so we can get an idea of numbers.

E.g. North, South, Both – No Accomodation, Both – Hotel or Both – Camping,

may just join you lot on the hotel, i was just being tight to counter my potential hefty petrol bill for that weekend , plus i worked out in europe that i liked camping better than hotels.
thats pretty much me birthday weekend too, so i cant really go camping by meself can i. so yeah, probs hotel-ing it.

We're driving to south wales to stay in Newport saturday night which is the location of the start of the next run.... It's a couple of hours drive I think.

I'm just putting a route together for the drive south, as there's another must do road in mid wales which I'm going to try and squeeze in on the way down .

Is that the A483 between Newtown and Llandrindod Wells?

There's a road between aberystwyth and the devils bridge that's supposed to be awesome as well

In fact there's loads of them.. I'm like a kid in a candy store at the moment

I've asked around and had a search on the net for campsites.

A mate of mine mentioned this one and it's the closest to the Holiday Inn start point that I could find

Chester Southerly Caravan Park Caravans Camping holidays in Chester

If you'd prefer something a bit more scenic I would go for somewhere near Llangollen and the Horseshoe Pass.
Like A, B or C on this google search. They're not to far from the start point, about 15-20 mins.

campsites near Llangollen - Google Maps

I hope these help
