Fitting an LSD how much?

Looking at getting an Alfa GT. Have had a Q2 on test and am ridiculously impressed with the LSD and general handling of the car. However my budget won't stretch to a Q2 so looking into the viability of fitting a LSD aftermarket.

So found out that Quaiffe do one for £535 + Vodka And Tonic

Therefore wondered roughly how much I would be looking at paying to have it fitted?

Help much appreciated.

Re: Fitting an LSD how much?

You can buy the Q2 diff and get it fitted for not far off the price of just the Quaife alone. Plenty of people out there that can do it, I used AHMotorsports though have since heard there are cheaper out there, still I couldn't grumble AHM were half the price of most local guys to me and he seems to know his way around Alfas which is always reassuring.

Re: Fitting an LSD how much?

I did wonder if I might be able to do that. Can the dealers just supply the part then? Having not driven a non-LSD'd one: Does it make much difference?

Thanks for the reply so far.

look at the post from a few weeks ago about the q2 diff, there is at least 10 pages and you should find some good info there
