Cry Like A Baby 3.9 thread has been deleted

I have had enough of this now, if anyone starts this up again, I will delete that thread and give infractions. I have just had to give infractions to someone I respect and very much like, thats not nice to do and I dont want to do that again anytime soon.

Enough is enough, lets do what we do best, enjoy our cars.

Maybe this thread should've been locked straight away.

Re: 3.9 thread has been deleted

Please let me ask something.

If I don't like the threads for some people here and start to fight with my friends on that threads, I can make the moderator to close that thread.

WITH THAT TACTIC I CAN CLOSE ANY THREAD I DON'T LIKE.

Isn't it more honest to delete the bad and offensive posts than closing the thread every time?

Agreed - all getting a it boring now and a simple statement/warning would probably have sufficed rather than opening up a whole can of worms/responses again.

Speaking as a moderator on another forum, when a thread has got totally out of control, sifting through and deleting just the offencive posts takes a long time. Deleting the whole thread is often the only option.

And yes this thread should have been locked from the start!

Re: 3.9 thread has been deleted

What David said!, and just to add that when its gets to a certain stage, there is no point in the continuation of the thread as the general (or original) topic would of moved on and not in the right direction
