Seems easy to fit and modest increase and the appeal is i can fit it. Relatively cheap and not going to tear the Clutch to shreds (hopefully) but should make it more responsive and better fuel economy (they claim) .
Will let you know how i get on
There was one of them 'control boxes' on my car when I bought it. Maybe it had malfunctioned but it was the cause of the immobilizer locking itself on 90% of the time. Unfortunately removal of the chip didn't solve the problem, it needed a new ECU in the end as it was malfunctioning and triggering weird error codes putting it into limp home mode all the time.
I'm not saying all these tuning boxes are like the one mine was fitted with, but be very careful you are installing reputable hardware to your car. The P-Box gets a good write-up, but personally I don't think you can beat a remap.
