IMHO technical lounges should contain accurate information; not a load of BS - the Alfa Storey thread is in WOT.

Peter is making a stand for something he really believes in - despite the hassle he gets for doing it - that takes real b*lls

Because I'm bored and find stirring it up fun and I'm quite interested in it even if there are technical inconsistancies. Nobody has said that anything on this thread can't actually be done and with the idea's out in the open it gives other people food for thought.

Doesn't really change the fact that Peter's personal comments towards me don't exactly add credence to his argument, he really shouldn't let himself be drawn so easily it devalues everything he's trying to do.

Note that untill a few hours ago I have never before spoken to you.. In fact untill someone pointed out some of your more amusing threads i had no idea who you were, 5000 posts or not..

@GD to answer your initial question which despite it being said in a very provocative way , was a resonable one. I am actually taking a break from this place. If you look back over my post history, about 1500 posts give or take a hundred or so of the 2300 i have here, have actually been spent on trying to help on technical issues. My daily routine was to scan through the tech lounges and reply to what i could. I made it a point to daily look for any unanswered threads as these are of special importance IMO.

This is what I am no longer doing. Not because I don't want to help, but because there are two Trolls here filling the tech lounges with lies.

I could spend a year trying to clear up the misperceptions created during the last three months. Much like it was the case over on another forum which was honored by Monstro's visit. I really don't think this tech forum is much worth these days, and i genuinly hope things will be restored to what it was three months ago.

Have had enough.
