147 1.6ts options?

Apologies if this has been asked a million times but after a confusing search I figured it might be prudent to get all the answers in one place!
120hp ts engine.

What mods work? Have heard tell of 2.0l cams helping. Also 2.0 throttle body fitted helps? Would love a 2l engine but wife is not going to let me do that....(it's not a bald patch, it's a thumb print... )
Cats? It looks to me like I have three? One in each down pipe and one in the bend of the exhaust? Any benefits in any of them being removed?
Gta Arb's on the list of things to do, to rid it of the titanic body roll too...

Just sell 1.6 and buy 2.0, will be cheaper and easier. Or find 1.9 diesel and remap it.

Hmmm, spent too much on it to get rid of it!
Found some specs for the cams and will be buying them come payday.

Any thoughts on the pre-cats?

I 'have been told' that changing to the CF1 configuration reduces exhaust flow restrictions. Your existing third cat would not be suitable though, it does not do much, most of the emissions control is done by the two in the down pipes. You would need to have a CF1 cat.

Thanks for the info, that useful to know. Have worked out what a cf1/2/3 looks like now! (sorry, still getting to grips with alfas!!!!)
I can see on breakers sites that the down pipes have differing bolt configurations. 4 or 5 bolt ones seem to crop up the most. The cf1 manifold would bolt up to the cf3 engine but then i'd have to figure out how many bolts i needed fot the next bit?
or have i got it back to front?

You need ,cf1/2 manifolds,downpipe and cat from a 145/146 1600cc then slightly modify your exhaust system(after your third cat) to fit the 145 cat,simple.
