Last data log

Hi

This is my last data log on 1.9mjtd 130 hp 8v, with KKKBV50 turbo upgrade, Forge FMIC, protoxide exhaust 57mm. Fuel duration for 80mm3 up to 120mm3 (thanks tribesman for your help but tuning inyection values to correct side is hard work and the car don't make more than 100mm3 @ 3000rpm, 80@ 4000, 70@4500. Finally try to make a tuning box style remap ).

I hope make 220-230 hp with currently configuration, in few days I'm going to fit a water/methanol inyection kit with 204cc nozzle at 200 psi perhaps 230-240hp with 50% mixture of whater/methanol and low EGT'S.

The car runs fine and smokeless.

Nice fuel pressure ;-) Hope I'll have such with upgraded fuel pump.

Tuning box style remap will not help you going over 100mm3/i. There's another fuel metering limiter which seems to work with real fuel flow. At least on EDC15. Don't ask me for details, I don't know :-)

Hi,

I'm afraid that with 78.5mm3@4k it won't make much more than 180hp..., maybe 190 most. You're running AF 20, you have enough "window" for at least 200hp, with the correct injection.

Your log is detailed enough to calculate volumetric efficiency, which is around 81-82%@4k.

Best of luck!

Luis

The real injection duration for 78'5mm3 up to +-117mm3 or 100mm3 if the edc16 have a fuel metering limiter which seems to work with real fuel flowlimitator as edc15 how yanko says.
The car smokes a bit at hig rpm , 80-190km/h about 15 seconds, starts at 3th gear.

Thanks!

Hi,

No useful information to estimate. Would need same video stock, and the rev limiter on video.

Send me a datalog, and I may estimate hp from airflow (revs / maf / map / iat).

Regards,

Luis
