alfa 147 2.0 airbox mod pipe

so decided to mod the oem intake pipe by removing the 3 ducking on the pipe and keeping it in the same location as oem to see if it would force air in better .

yer 3 big bulges to slow there air coming in

i have a autodelta air filter in there at the moment

does anybody know if it is best to take out the angle pipe that is in the air box ?
